Refund policy

All our items both new and pre-owned are sold as-is, due to the nature of our products, returns & refunds will be accepted for 7-days as of day of delivery, anything past this time will not qualify for return/refund.

We may require photo or video proof of reported issues before accepting a return & we will need to verify the watch is in its original sold condition and not tampered with by inspecting the watch within 24-hours of receipt before refunds are issued.

Customer is responsible for shipping the watch back to us once a return is accepted for inspection, we recommend fully insured shipping in case of loss.

The following reasons qualify a watch for return:
